Healthy Eating TikToks with Matilda and Naomi

Matilda and her friend and PA Naomi make TikToks about healthy eating. Their friendship started in primary school and Naomi is now doing her HND in social care and hopes to work with young adults with additional support needs. She currently supports Matilda to be independent and here they are making Matilda’s kind of healthy food… homemade sausage rolls. Naomi understands the importance of Matilda making her own decisions, writing her list, doing her shopping and making the meal herself.
